Log into your Home Secure account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instruction manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

Apply Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
